Description:
Ovral-L Tablet is a combined oral contraceptive pill used to prevent unwanted pregnancy. It contains Levonorgestrel (a synthetic progestin) and Ethinylestradiol (a synthetic estrogen) which work together to:

Inhibit ovulation (preventing the release of an egg)

Thicken cervical mucus (making it harder for sperm to reach the egg)

Alter the uterine lining (preventing implantation of a fertilized egg)
It is also effective in regulating menstrual cycles, reducing menstrual cramps, and balancing hormones.

Dosage & Administration:
