Uses / Indications

Lulifin Cream is prescribed for treatment of fungal skin infections, such as:

• Tinea infections (ringworm, jock itch, athlete’s foot)

• Pityriasis versicolor (fungal discoloration of skin)

• Candidiasis (yeast infection on skin folds)

• Seborrheic dermatitis & other dermatophytosis

Mechanism of Action

• Luliconazole (Imidazole antifungal):

  • Inhibits synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of fungal cell membrane

  • Weakens cell wall → kills fungus

• Provides fungicidal action with once-daily application

Dosage & Administration

• Adults & Children (12+ years): Apply a thin layer over affected area once daily (or as prescribed)

• Clean & dry the area before applying

• Duration:

  • 1 week for tinea cruris/corporis (jock itch/ringworm)

  • 2 weeks for tinea pedis (athlete’s foot)

• Wash hands after use

• For external use only

Side Effects

• Generally well tolerated

• Mild burning, redness, itching, or dryness at site of application (temporary)

Precautions & Warnings

• For external use only – do not swallow or apply in eyes/mouth
