Uses / Indications
Seroflo Inhaler 125 is prescribed for:

Asthma (moderate to severe) – long-term prevention and control.

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).

Chronic bronchitis & emphysema.

Prevents wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, and breathlessness.
How It Works

Salmeterol → relaxes airway muscles for up to 12 hours.

Fluticasone → reduces inflammation, swelling, and irritation in the airways.

Together → improve lung function, prevent asthma/COPD flare-ups.
Dosage (General Guide – as prescribed by doctor)

Adults & Children (>12 years): 2 puffs twice daily.

Not for sudden asthma attacks – a rescue inhaler (e.g., Asthalin) is needed separately.
How to Use

Shake inhaler well before use.

Exhale fully, place mouthpiece between lips.

Press canister while inhaling deeply.

Hold breath for 5–10 seconds, then exhale slowly.

Rinse mouth after use to prevent oral thrush.
Side Effects
Common: Throat irritation, hoarseness, cough, headache, oral thrush.
Serious (rare): Chest pain, irregular heartbeat, severe breathing issues, allergic reaction.
