Description: Lupride Depot 3.75 mg Injection contains Leuprolide Acetate, a GnRH agonist that reduces sex hormone levels (testosterone in men, estrogen in women). Dosage & Administration:

Adults: 3.75 mg IM/SC once every 4 weeks.

Children (precocious puberty): Dose individualized by weight/age every 4 weeks.

Side Effects: Hot flashes, sweating, mood changes, headache, nausea, decreased libido, injection site pain. Long-term use may cause bone thinning (osteoporosis). Rare: allergic reaction, irregular heartbeat.
