Uses / Indications

Candid Dusting Powder is commonly used for:

• Fungal skin infections (ringworm, athlete’s foot, jock itch)

• Candidiasis (skin yeast infections)

• Itching, redness, irritation, and burning sensation in skin folds (underarms, groin, under breasts, between toes)

Mechanism of Action

• Clotrimazole works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of fungal cell membranes → weakens the membrane → kills fungi & yeasts

• Helps relieve itching, irritation & discomfort quickly

• Prevents recurrence of infection if used regularly

Directions for Use

• Clean and dry the affected area before application

• Sprinkle a thin layer of powder 2–3 times daily, or as directed by a physician

• Can be used as preventive dusting powder in skin folds to avoid fungal growth
