Uses / Indications

Duolin Forte Inhaler is used for:

1. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

How It Works

• Levosalbutamol → relaxes airway smooth muscles via beta-2 receptor stimulation.

• Ipratropium Bromide → blocks muscarinic receptors to prevent airway muscle contraction.

• Combined → dual bronchodilation → stronger, longer relief of breathing problems.

Dosage (General Guide – only as prescribed by doctor)

• Adults: Usually 1–2 puffs, 3–4 times daily.

• Children: Dose depends on doctor’s advice (not commonly prescribed for <12 years).
