How It Works

Levosalbutamol → relaxes airway smooth muscles via beta-2 receptor stimulation.

Ipratropium Bromide → blocks muscarinic receptors to prevent airway muscle contraction.

Combined → dual bronchodilation → stronger, longer relief of breathing problems.
Dosage (General Guide – only as prescribed by doctor)

Adults: Usually 1–2 puffs, 3–4 times daily.

Side Effects
