Uses / Indications

Losar-H 50/12.5 Tablet is prescribed for:

• Hypertension (High Blood Pressure) – especially when single-drug therapy is not sufficient.

• Reducing risk of stroke, heart attack, and kidney damage in hypertensive patients.

• Helpful in patients with fluid retention (swelling/edema) due to diuretic effect.

Mechanism of Action

• Losartan (ARB): Blocks angiotensin II receptors → prevents blood vessel constriction → lowers BP.
