Description:

Obimet SR 500 Tablet is an oral anti-diabetic medicine used to control blood sugar levels in patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. It contains Metformin (500 mg) in a sustained-release (SR) form, which helps release the medicine slowly in the body, providing longer effect and better stomach tolerance.

It works by:
