Composition
Each tablet contains:

Uses / Indications
Telmikind-H 40/12.5 Tablet is prescribed for:

Hypertension (High Blood Pressure) – when BP is not adequately controlled by a single drug.

Reducing long-term risk of stroke, heart attack, and kidney complications.

Helpful in patients with fluid retention or swelling (edema).
Mechanism of Action
-
Telmisartan (ARB): Blocks angiotensin II → prevents narrowing of blood vessels → lowers BP.

Hydrochlorothiazide (Diuretic): Increases urine output → removes excess salt & water → reduces BP.

Combination gives dual action for stronger and longer blood pressure control.
Dosage & Administration

Usual adult dose: 1 tablet once daily.

Should be taken at the same time each day.

Can be taken with or without food.

Do not discontinue without doctor’s advice.
