Description: Tranexa Injection contains Tranexamic Acid, a medicine that prevents the breakdown of blood clots by blocking plasminogen activation. It is used to control and prevent excessive bleeding in various medical and surgical conditions, including trauma, heavy menstrual bleeding, dental procedures, and after surgery.
Uses:

Dosage & Administration:

Adults: 500–1000 mg IV 2–3 times daily (dose depends on condition).

Route: Slow IV injection or IV infusion; IM use less common.

Side Effects: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, injection site reaction. Rare: visual disturbances, blood clots, allergic reactions.
Precautions:
