Cofsils-D Syrup is a dry cough relief medicine. It contains Dextromethorphan (suppresses cough reflex), Phenylephrine (reduces nasal congestion), and Chlorpheniramine (relieves allergy-related symptoms like sneezing, watery eyes, and runny nose). It provides fast and effective relief from dry, irritating cough often associated with allergies, cold, or flu.

💊 Dosage & Administration

• Adults: 5–10 mL, 2–3 times daily (as prescribed).

• Children (6–12 years): 5 mL, 2–3 times daily.

• Not recommended for children under 6 years unless advised by a doctor.

• Shake well before use & measure with provided cup.
