Product Description:

Dydroboon 10 mg Tablet contains Dydrogesterone, a synthetic form of the natural female hormone Progesterone. It is mainly prescribed to treat progesterone deficiency and related gynecological conditions. It helps regulate menstrual cycles, supports pregnancy in women with threatened or recurrent miscarriage, and provides relief from endometriosis and premenstrual syndrome. It is also used in infertility management and as part of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) along with estrogen.

Uses / Indications:

• Irregular or painful menstruation (Dysmenorrhea)

• Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS)

• Threatened abortion (to prevent miscarriage)

• Recurrent miscarriage due to progesterone deficiency

• Infertility caused by luteal phase defect

• Endometriosis (reduces pain & abnormal tissue growth)

• Hormone Replacement Therapy (with estrogen, to protect the uterine lining)

Dosage & Administration:

• Usual dose: 5–10 mg once or twice daily (as advised by gynecologist)

• In threatened miscarriage: higher initial dose may be prescribed

• Route: Oral (with or without food)
