Description:
Glimisave M2 Tablet is a combination anti-diabetic medicine used to manage Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in adults. It combines Glimepiride, which stimulates insulin release, and Metformin, which decreases liver glucose production, slows intestinal glucose absorption, and improves insulin sensitivity.
This dual therapy provides better blood sugar control, reduces both fasting and postprandial (after-meal) glucose levels, and helps lower the risk of long-term diabetes complications.

Helps prevent diabetes-related complications such as kidney damage, nerve problems, eye issues, heart disease, and stroke
Mechanism of Action:

Glimepiride (2 mg): Stimulates pancreatic beta cells → increases insulin secretion → lowers blood glucose

Metformin (500 mg): Reduces hepatic glucose production, slows intestinal absorption of glucose, improves tissue insulin sensitivity

Dosage & Administration:
