Children:

20–30 mg/kg/day in 3 divided doses (amoebiasis/giardiasis)

Duration: 5–10 days (as per indication)

400–800 mg every 8–12 hrs (tablet preferred, but suspension may be used if needed)

Advice: Shake bottle well before use; take after meals
