Description
Monocef 500 Injection contains Ceftriaxone, a broad-spectrum cephalosporin antibiotic. It is used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections including those of the lungs, urinary tract, skin, bones, joints, abdomen, and blood (septicemia). It works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, thereby killing the bacteria.

Dosage & Administration

Adults: As prescribed, usually 500 mg – 2 g once or twice daily depending on severity
