Description: Neurokind-LC Injection is a combination of  LevoCarnitine, and Folic Acid. It helps in nerve regeneration, energy metabolism, and red blood cell production. It is mainly prescribed for the treatment of neuropathies, chronic fatigue, and nutritional deficiencies.

Uses:

• Peripheral Neuropathy (nerve pain, tingling, numbness)

• Diabetic Neuropathy & alcoholic Neuropathy

• Sciatica and neuritis

• Megaloblastic Anemia due to Vitamin B12/folic acid deficiency

• General weakness, chronic fatigue

• As a supplement in long-term illness and recovery

Dosage & Administration:

• Adults: 1 injection IM/IV once or twice a week, as prescribed.

• In severe deficiency: More frequent doses may be advised.

• Route: Deep intramuscular or slow intravenous injection.

Side Effects: Mild pain/swelling at injection site, headache, nausea, dizziness, skin rash, rare allergic reaction.

Precautions:

• Avoid in patients allergic to Levocarnitine.

• Use with caution in kidney impairment.

• Safe in pregnancy/lactation only if prescribed by doctor.

Drug Interactions:

• May reduce effect of levodopa (if given alone).

• Folic acid may interact with methotrexate, phenytoin, and sulfasalazine.

• Alcohol and certain drugs (e.g., chloramphenicol, isoniazid) reduce vitamin absorption.
