Nurokind-G Tablet is prescribed for:

Neuropathic pain (diabetic neuropathy, post-herpetic neuralgia, sciatica)

Peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage due to diabetes, alcohol, drugs, or injury)

Chronic nerve pain, tingling, numbness & burning sensations

Adjunct therapy in seizures/epilepsy (Gabapentin use)

Mechanism of Action

Gabapentin: Anticonvulsant that stabilizes overactive nerve signals → reduces neuropathic pain & seizures

Methylcobalamin (B12): Supports nerve regeneration, myelin sheath repair & RBC production

Combined Effect: Relieves nerve pain, improves nerve health, and supports recovery in chronic neuropathies
Dosage & Administration
