Uses / Indications

Nurokind-OD Tablet is used for:

• Peripheral neuropathy (diabetic, alcoholic, or drug-induced nerve damage)

• Neuropathic pain, tingling, numbness, sciatica, neuralgia

• Vitamin B12 & folate deficiency

• General weakness, fatigue & energy deficiency

• Adjunct in diabetes management (to prevent nerve complications)

• Nerve regeneration & protection in chronic illness

Mechanism of Action

• Methylcobalamin (B12): Repairs nerve fibers & promotes red blood cell formation

• Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA): Powerful antioxidant, reduces oxidative stress in nerves, improves blood flow

• Folic Acid + B6: Support DNA synthesis, nerve health & prevent megaloblastic anaemia

• Combined Effect: Reduces neuropathic symptoms, improves energy, and protects nerves from further damage

Dosage & Administration

• Adults: 1 tablet once daily after meals, or as directed by physician

• Swallow whole with water – do not chew or crush

• Sustained release ensures longer action (OD = once daily)
