Description
Oflomac-OZ Tablet is a dual-action antimicrobial medicine combining Ofloxacin and Ornidazole.

Ofloxacin kills bacteria by inhibiting DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, essential enzymes for bacterial DNA replication.

Ornidazole works against protozoa and anaerobic bacteria by damaging their DNA.
This combination is especially effective in mixed infections of the stomach and intestines.

Dosage (General Guidance)
(As prescribed by physician)

Adults: Usually 1 tablet twice daily (200 mg Ofloxacin + 500 mg Ornidazole)

Duration: 5–10 days depending on severity of infection
Route: Oral
Advice: Take after meals with water to minimize gastric upset

Use with caution in patients with seizure disorders, liver disease, or kidney impairment

Complete full antibiotic course to avoid resistance
