Description: Ondem 4 mg Injection contains Ondansetron, an antiemetic medicine that prevents nausea and vomiting. Dosage & Administration:

Adults: 4–8 mg IV/IM before chemotherapy/surgery; may repeat every 8–12 hrs if needed.

Route: Slow IV injection or IM.

Side Effects: Headache, constipation, dizziness, injection site pain, fatigue. Rare: allergic reactions, low blood pressure, QT prolongation (irregular heartbeat).
Precautions:
