Mechanism of Action

• L-Ornithine L-Aspartate (LOLA): Converts excess ammonia into urea & glutamine → reduces hyperammonemia → protects against hepatic encephalopathy.

• Silymarin: Strong antioxidant & anti-inflammatory → stabilizes hepatocyte membranes, boosts protein synthesis, supports new liver cell growth.

• Glutathione: Major antioxidant inside liver cells → detoxifies harmful free radicals, heavy metals & drugs → supports regeneration.

• Synergistic Action: The combination protects the liver from toxins, reduces oxidative stress, and improves overall liver function.

Dosage & Administration

• Adults: 2 teaspoonfuls (≈10 ml) 2–3 times daily after meals
