Uses / Indications
Stamlo-T 40/50 Tablet is prescribed for:

Hypertension (High Blood Pressure) – when BP is not controlled by a single drug.

Reducing the risk of stroke, heart attack, and kidney complications from uncontrolled BP.

Cardiovascular protection in diabetic and high-risk patients.
Mechanism of Action

Telmisartan (ARB): Blocks angiotensin II receptors → prevents vessel narrowing → lowers BP.

Amlodipine (CCB): Relaxes and widens blood vessels by blocking calcium entry → improves blood flow & reduces heart strain.

Dual action ensures better and sustained blood pressure control.
Dosage & Administration

Usual adult dose: 1 tablet once daily.

Should be taken at the same time every day.

Can be taken with or without food.
