Dosage & Administration:

Adults: 75 mg deep IM injection once daily; in severe cases may repeat after 12 hrs (max 150 mg/day).

IV infusion: Only under hospital supervision.

Side Effects: Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, injection site pain/swelling, dizziness, headache. Rare: gastric ulcer/bleeding, liver/kidney problems, high BP, allergic reactions.
Precautions:

Avoid in patients with gastric ulcers, bleeding disorders, severe liver/kidney/heart disease, or NSAID allergy.

Caution in elderly patients, hypertensive, and those with asthma.

Drug Interactions:
